Rental Policies & Procedures
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations can be made anytime on-line at 
www.rusticrentals.com, or by calling Steven's Realty and Management, Monday - Friday, from 9 am. to 5 pm. (closed Saturday and Sunday) at 304.478.2141 ext. 11. All reservations require a 50% deposit as confirmation.
BALANCE:
Your rental balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
CHECK-IN:
You may check in at the Land of Canaan Vacation Resort's main office anytime after 4:00 p.m Please call ahead for late arrivals.
CHECK-OUT:
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. - Please return your keys to the Land of Canaan Vacation Resort's main office by this time.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES:
Refunds will be made (less a $30.00 processing fee) if we receive your cancellation or reservation change at least 30 days prior to your schedule arrival date. Less than a 30 days notice will result in a total loss of all rental monies.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
All units accommodate 6 people including children. Violators of this policy will be evicted without refund.
PETS:
Sorry...NO pets are allowed anywhere on the resort property.
NON-SMOKING:
All of our units are designated as non-smoking; violation of this policy will result in eviction without refund and up to but not limited to the loss of your entire damage deposit.
MAINTENANCE:
The resorts professional staff make every effort to maintain each unit and to keep its equipment in good working order. If a problem should arise during your stay, please report it to the resort's main office immediately so that the problem can be handled promptly. Please understand that we do our best to correct problems, but sorry, we do not give refunds.
