Rental Policies & Procedures
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are taken
Monday through Saturday
from 9 am. - 5 pm (we
are closed on Sunday). Once your reservation has been made we will request a deposit of 30% ($100 minimum) within 14 days to confirm your reservations. Reservations made within 30 days require immediate confirmation.
BALANCE:
Your rental balance and refundable
$100.00 damage deposit are due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
We gladly accept
Personal/Travelers Check or money orders.
CHECK-IN:
You
may check in at the Land of Canaan Resort's
main office anytime after 4:00 p.m.
Please call ahead for late arrivals.
CHECK-OUT:
By
10:00 a.m. - Please return your keys to the Land of Canaan
Resort's main office.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A
$100.00 damage deposit is required
30 days prior to your
arrival and is refundable
after departure. After the unit has been inspected and found to be in proper order your damage deposit
will be
voided. Please note: any damage resulting from misuse or abuse or any additional cleaning required to return the unit to its proper order, will result in deduction from or complete forfeiture of your damage deposit. NOTE: renters are liable for damages in excess of the
$100.00 damage deposit.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES:
Refunds will be made (less a $30.00 processing fee) if we receive your cancellation or reservation change at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Less than 30 days notification will result in a total loss of
all rental
monies.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
All
of our units accommodate 6 people including children.
Violators of this policy will
be evicted without refund.
PETS:
Sorry…No pets are allowed
anywhere on the
resort property.
MAINTENANCE:
The resorts professional staff makes every effort to maintain each unit and to keep its equipment in good working order. If a problem should arise during your stay, please report
it to the resort's main office immediately so that
the problem can be handled promptly. Please understand that we do our best to correct problems, but sorry, we do not give refunds.
